How does your bookkeeping service work?

Once we have met to discuss your bookkeeping requirements, if you agree to work with us you can send us your documents to us by any means that is easy for you (post, fax, email) and we can begin updating your records.

How much do your bookkeeping services cost?

We provide a cost effective service, with a price and structured service tailored to your needs. This means you remain in control of how much or little you require of our services, and how much it costs you on a monthly basis.

I already have an accountant. Do I need Abacus Bookkeeping?

We are not here to replace your accountant. Your accountant can continue with their tasks, while Abacus Bookkeeping can perform the bookkeeping functions we specialise in - delivering cost-effective bookkeeping services.

How long have you been in the bookkeeping business for?

We have been providing our services in Kent for over 15 years now, with many (and long standing) happy clients.

Who do you do bookkeeping for?

We work with clients spanning a wide range of industries. Including; Victorian Bathware, Interior Designers and Hotels. View a more detailed list of the industries we have worked with here. Our clients are based in Kent, around the Ashford, Tenterden and Pluckley areas.

Where do you complete the work?

We have our own offices set up in Bethersden, however we are happy to complete work on your premises if this is what you would prefer. The choice is up to you.

My bookkeeping is a little out of date, are you still able to help?

Of course, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss what it will take to get your books up to date.
